Description

The account manager takes responsibility for the successful completion of projects. A project is completed successfully when project outputs have been delivered according to communicated parameters with confirmed buy-in from all stakeholders.

Must Haves

- Understand the client’s purpose for the project

- Understand what specific business problems the outputs of the project address and how

- Coordinate stakeholders and technical staff to establish concrete definitions for the project’s outputs

- Clearly outline CrateBind’s process for strategically designing and building digital products, setting client expectations for the outputs of each project phase

- Obtain confirmation the client understands our contract

- Work with CrateBind leadership to coordinate resources for the project

- Work with technical staff and stakeholders to establish project timelines with key dates

- Create and maintain project documentation in Notion

- Delegate high-level tasks to the appropriate players and hold them accountable

- Communicate timeline and budget information to all parties throughout the project

- Look for potential challenges to the timeline or budget and resolve them proactively

- Own all meetings with the client and provide efficient recaps, including clearly-assigned action items

- Assist the Product Owner and Product Marketing teams in looking for opportunities to problem-solve for the client, improve the client’s products, and deepen CrateBind’s business relationship with them

Description

Your role at CrateBind will be to create design concepts from ideation to execution. You will collaborate closely with the creative and development team to design digital interfaces and brand identity solutions. You should have the ability to effectively communicate design concepts both digitally and verbally. You should have the ability to plan out a design project and execute it within the given timeframe.

CrateBind is looking for an experienced Rails developer to join our team. CrateBind Rails developers are able to rapidly build high-quality Ruby on Rails applications while working with a team of other developers, designers and project managers. Our projects range from complex backend systems for Financial Institutions and Healthcare companies to consumer-facing products that require strong design and the ability to support native mobile apps. Experienced developer responsibilities include working with developers and project managers, participating in daily stand-ups, writing tests and building great products.
